Nicholas Bingham
Founding Partner of a niche City of London law firm specialising in Italian and Indian commercial matters. Previously based in Mumbai for a number of years as Senior Legal Manager of Standard Chartered Bank. He established
his firm’s India Group specialising in commercial litigation and transactional work for Indian conglomerates. His extensive experience in the Indian market has resulted in Nicholas having access to a first class pan-India network of lawyers, accountants and bankers with whom he regularly works in India. He has presented on commercial matters to the Confederation of Indian
Chambers of Commerce and to professional associations in Italy on doing business in India.
Gurk Cheema

Jack Pamar
Combining experience as a Mechanical Engineer before qualifying as a
Solicitor in the UK affords Jack a unique insight and understanding of
Industry clients and their business needs. Hands on and more of an
entrepreneurial spirit, Jack uses his wide experience to assist clients in a broad range of projects as diverse as property and project development to setting up manufacturing operations overseas.
Guy Grewar
Guy has experience in most aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
He advises in a broad range of areas including contractual and commercial disputes, insolvency and customs matters. In recent years he has acted increasingly in matters involving regulatory affairs and the FSA. The frequent international character of his instructions means that he also has experience of proceedings before the Admiralty Court and various arbitral tribunals. He has experience of the cross-border enforcement of judgments.
Guy acts for a broad range of clients ranging from international commodity traders and inward investors to a number of high net worth individuals. He enjoys establishing a close understanding of his clients' needs and objectives so that his advice is tailored appropriately. With 15 years international commercial management experience, primarily in the European media and pharmaceutical sectors, Guy brings a mature eye to all aspects of his practice.
Francesco Camilotti
Francesco Camilotti is a dually qualified lawyer in England and Wales and in Italy.
He trained in a leading international law firm in Italy before coming to work in England in 2004.
During his years of practice in London he has amassed significant experience advising clients, particularly Italian clients, in contentious as well as non-contentious work.
He handles a wide range of corporate, commercial, property and private client work, often with a cross-border element.
Francesco is a member of the Padua Bar Association, the British Italian Law Association and AIJA - Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats.
Elizabeth Delafosse
Elizabeth is an Italian and European Business graduate. She worked in Milan for three years in the medical sector and then for a leading International Law firm before returning to London and qualifying as a solicitor specialising in Employment law. Elizabeth has advised both individual and corporate clients on claims of discrimination, unfair dismissal, whistle blowing and insider trading. She also has experience in advising corporate clients on their employment contracts and internal procedures.
Elizabeth’s other area of great interest and specialisation is general commercial litigation.
